Last Minute Subpoenas

Depending on the revelations at the trial stage. The trial counsel may request to issue a last-minute subpoena. We will process and serve this subpoena to aid the trial counsel as well as summon the party in question to appear in court.

Summoning people to court last minute can be frustrating for those summoned, particularly if they lead busy lives. We cannot consider the social situations of all when at trial. We will act appropriately to explain the situation and calmly explain the reason as to why the subpoena has been served in order to maintain order through to their appearance in court.
