Skip Tracing
Locating the whereabouts of a ‘skip’ or missing person can often be a lengthy and tedious process. We would begin gathering all information available on the ‘skip’ such as credit reports, employment history, criminal background checks, utility bills, and social security information as well as social media profiles. These are just a few sources of information that we would source before beginning our review process. We would then thoroughly analyze this information and extract any information that might help to reveal their whereabouts.
Skip tracing is not always so straight forward and we often need to employ methods of social engineering. These can include calling and visiting neighbors to ask about the subject sometimes under false pretense, in order to obtain the answers necessary in our search.
Skip tracing may lead us to skip trace third parties who may have a relationship or have been associated with the subject in question in order to help locate the primary target.
